We use your information to match you with qualified cleaning professionals on Martha's Vineyard, to send you a confirmation email, and to notify our vetted cleaning partners about your request. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Specifically, your data is used to:

• Process and fulfill your cleaning service request
• Send transactional emails (confirmations, matching updates)
• Share your request details with relevant MV-based cleaning professionals
• Improve our matching algorithms and platform experience
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support

Data Sharing

Your contact and property information is shared only with the specific cleaning professionals who may service your request. We use the following third-party services to operate MVMaid.com:

• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Neon — secure PostgreSQL database hosting
• Vercel — website hosting and edge network

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services and are bound by their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

We retain your lead information for up to 24 months to facilitate ongoing service. After this period, data is automatically deleted unless you have an active service relationship. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
